PoDs Mission:
Our mission is to aid families in Western New York, coping with the daily struggles of raising children and teenagers with Diabetes.
Through PoDs we create an atmosphere for parents of children newly diagnosed with Diabetes to freely ask questions or voice concerns about the daily care of their children. There are, also, families who still have many concerns about the daily care of their diabetic children who were diagnosed many years ago. Parents just like yourself who have gone through what you are going through can answer these questions. Together we can offer support that is needed in dealing with the daily job of keeping our children healthy.
